About Flowers by SAS

My love for floral design began with a desire to learn how to grow flowers. Once I earned a degree in horticulture, I gained knowledge of many forms of plant life. As the horticulturist of a private golf course for almost 20 years, I've designed and maintained all of their bulbs, annuals, perennials, shrubs and small trees. With such a huge resource at my fingertips it was easy to bring this plant life indoors for all sorts of floral decorations.

I have worked with clients at various venues, outdoor weddings in parks and at the World's Fair Pavilion to receptions at the Moon Rise Hotel and the Grand Hall in Union Station. I am very familiar with Norwood Hills Country Club's outdoor sites as well as inside the various rooms of the Clubhouse, working closely with the catering manager and staff.
